The Concerned Citizens of Carroll County (C4 Association) was formed under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is a Missouri registered charitable association.

We are dedicated to RESPONSIBLE stewardship of our unique environment!  We believe in:

    • Property rights of the individual, and the civil rights of all.
    • Uncontaminated and undiminished water supply.
    • Unpolluted and well-managed natural resources.
    • Energy conservation.
    • Renewable energy research, development, and use.
    • Decreased reliance on fossil fuels.
    • Agriculture and agribusiness heritage as the foundation of our quality of life.
    • A safe and healthy future for our children.
    • Safe, uncontaminated food production and acquisition.
    • Improved economy without sacrificing any of the above.

Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our organization that we hope emphasizes the battle to “Protect the rights of the individual”.

The C4 Association was formed in 2005 and, with help from other similar groups, has been serving the community, state of Missouri, and  the world since.

At this site, you will discover our struggles and accomplishments; the scurrilous, secretive, and unethical behavior or our opponents; and the general apathy that allows this situation to flourish!  We sincerely hope this site also helps educate yourselves about the social, economic, and environmental perils in our midst, as well as how to stop them.
